Upgrade support package of Java

Hi,

I remembered that the SLD system should have the highest level version of Java.

My current landscape is standard 4-tiers system. My NWDI server is also my SLD server. I have central DEV, Con DEV, Test and Prod. They all nw2004s SP11. Now I am going to connect another runtime system for different application to this NWDI server but with SP17. Is that OK? If I have to upgrade my SLD system which will be the NWDI server to SP17, can I still keep the rest Java runtime systems as SP11?

Hi,

I guess it will be fine but you might face some issues as one of your system is running with SPS17 and other are running with SPS11.

It is recommended to have same SP level on whole landscape.
