Hi Peter -

What is the state of your system? Has it just been installed or has it been up and running for a while and this has all of a sudden happened? SLDCHECK worked at one point?

Please provide some for context to your problem...

Thanks.

System is just been installed with XI3.0 SP12 and this adapter engine problem occured while developing first integration scenario, IDoc - File.

Please let me know if you need any further info...

Thanks

Hi Peter -

Given that this is a new installation, I'll ask - has the XI Content for SAP Basis 6.40 (SP12 since that's what your XI system is on) been imported into the Integration Repository? This is one of the post-installation steps defined in the Install Guide. Within this is the adapter metadata for all the delivered adapters. Without this, you'll have this problem and others.

Also, please check that you have adequately carried out all the post-installation steps of the install guide. It is critical that this be done before moving on to design and configuration of scenarios.

Regards,

Jin

In the RWB make sure all components are in Green status

also check in adapter monitoring that all the adapters are listed.

Adapter monitor is showing only 'JPR'. That means it needs to be reinstalled?

Thanks in advance.

clear your cache and check the transaction SLDCHECK. If everything is OK, try restarting the system. Most of the times it will be resolved by restarting the system.

SLDCHECK gave this result:

message includes 'no corresponding biz system found for xi system' ==> check and maintain the SLD content for the current system

EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER function:

returned exception code 2

Access to the XI profile is currently disrupted

please help me in resolving this issue.

Thanks.

As Shravan said clearing the cache and restarting the system might help.

Peter,

Check the RFC destination LCRSAPRFC is pointing to the correct gateway. If you are pointing to a separate SLD, you should not touch LCRSAPRFC destination.
