VIRSA 4.0 Support packages

Hi,

We have a ECC 5.0 HR system with VIRSA CC transactions available. But i dont see anything in SAINT/SPAM.

Can you tell me how is VIRSA installed on ECC and how can the SP be applied.

I checked one of the programs /VIRSA/ZVRAT and the version says 4.0 so i assume that VIRSA CC version is 4.0. but how do i know the support package level and how do i apply new support packages.

in our other 4.6C systems, I can see VIRSA CC installed as an Add-On but not on ECC 5.0

Hi Ankur,

the RTAs always come as add-on installed via SAINT.

The patches will be installed in SPAM.

Check in SPAM for installed SPs if you have any entries VIRSANH OR VIRSAHR.
