LDAP Search Depth issue

Hi,

<b> I am facing a problem. when i enter search depth as BASIS ENTRY AND ALL LEVELS BELOW in t.code LDAP, i am getting status error as OPERATION FAILED but i can see the result when i enter search depth as ONE LEVEL BELOW BASIS ENTRY.

can you please give me some hints. i am searching OSS notes, but i could n't find any thing.</b>

I am facing the same issue with the search depth in tcode LDAP "find" function.

On the LDAP server log, it appears as if SAP was making another call to LDAP without passing the userid&password. The log entry reported "ANONYMOUS LOGON", eventhough I DID NOT select "Read anonymously" option in the Server connection setup.

What could've caused the ANONYMOUS LOGON entries over in the LDAP server?
