Hi gurus,
I have configured my instance profile to use SSO, but starting my instance iu00B4ve got this error in log file:

so what could be reason the above errors are coming?

Well I use gssapi32.dll not gssntlm.dll but otherwise you look okay.
Do you have gssntlm.dll in the E:\usr\sap\BWD\SYS\exe\run directory and have you set the SNC_LIB system variable?
Set the NT environment variable SNC_LIB on the PC where your SAPgui runs. The variable specifies the path to the gssapi32.dll file. To do this:
a. Choose Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Environment.
b. In System Variables enter the following:
Variable: SNC_LIB
Value: E:\usr\sap\BWD\SYS\exe\run\gssntlm.dll
c. Choose Set and confirm your entries with OK.
