How can we catch Application Server Name in Web Dynpro code.?

What is "Application Server Name"?

If it is SID, then

String systemID = System.getProperty("SAPSYSTEMNAME");

VS

Do we have to pass the SAPSYSTEMNAME, IF so where can i get that systemname.

Well suppose if i deploy application in sandbox i want to get that sandbox SAP system Application Server not SID(that application server you can see while creating New Entry on SAP Logon GUI)
