CRM web UI: SM50 dialog process w/ report SAPMSSYC and reason SLEEP

Hello,

we're using the CRM 2007 web UI. When initially starting the web UI, in the process overview (SM50) you can see a dialog process for report SAPMSSYC with status "HOLD" and reason "SLEEP". This lasts for about 4 to 5 seconds. After this, the web UI is loaded completely. Do you have any idea what's the reason for this delay?

Report SAPMSSYC seems to deal with ABAP shared Objects.

I assume that the reason for this may not be CRM related, thus I'd like to post it here in the Web AS area as well.

Hello Andreas,

yes, we've increased the amout of memory for the shared memory objects (trx. SHMM, SHMA).
