logoff error

Hello,

if user logoff from the portal a error message apears in a pop up window:

Portal-Laufzeitfehler

Fehler aufgetreten bei der Verarbeitung eines Request für :

iView : N/A

Komponentenname : N/A

Access denied (Object(s): com.sap.portal.system/security/sap.com/NetWeaver.Portal/low_safety/com.sap.portal.dsm/components/Terminator).

Exception id: 02:52_06/11/08_0069_6566551

See the details for the exception ID in the log file

In the Object com.sap.portal.system/security/sap.com/NetWeaver.Portal/low_safety/com.sap.portal.dsm/components/Terminator. the end user permission checkbox for authenticated User is set/given.

Ok, i have solved this problem by myself

I´ve changed the permission of the project file (include iviews, role, desktop, worksets, etc..), so that the group everybody (read only) end user checkbox (true) was set in the permission

Also the Termintor (under the Object com.sap.portal.system/security/sap.com/NetWeaver.Portal/low_safety/com.sap.portal.dsm/components/Terminator) has everybody (read only) end user checkbox (true) permissions

So, problem solved and no error pop up window within the log off process.

Hi Patrick,

Could you pl let me know where exactly you went to change the settings for dsm terminator as in system admin->service configuartion we can change the permissions.is that the same ? or we have to go to portal permissions->security zones?

Pl advise.
