Trading Scenario in SAP

Hi all,

I am working for a project where there is total trading scenarios. No manufacturing at all. But the scenario is like when the PO is received from the customer then only all the procurement process begins:

1. Sales order Created & requirements generated.

2. Purchase order is created & sent to the vendor on the basis of the sales order.

3. Goods Receipt done on the basis of the purchase order & invoice receipt.

4. Goods confirmed for the sales order to confirm the schedule lines.

5. Create delivery.

6. Goods Issue.

7. Customer invoice.

So after receiving the purchase order from the customer all the processes start. So this is like a MTO scenario.

So what requirement class & requirement type do i need to use in this case. There is absolutely no manufacturing, just procure & sell.

Hi

You can reach your requirement through trading contracts also

these trading contracts comes under the Global trade management. In this u can see sales and purchase data simultaniously

Hi Niyaz,

Use the requiremnet class 045 (in t-code: OVZG)

Use the requirement typr KEV (in t-code: OVZH)

And in schedule lines do the following:

Mvt type - 601

Order Type - NB

Item Cat - 0

Acct Assgt Cat - M

Incompl. procd - 31

AS PER UR SCENARIO THE REQUIREMENT CLASS AND REQUIREMENT TYPE , IS KEB,(CUSTOMER INDIVIDUAL PO).

TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW THE OUTPUT.

The Material should be external procurement.You have to control the Material.
