I am trying to perform a CQC PLANNING session for my customer.
I know that I will have to log into the customer's SOLMAN and generate a
(TEE) questionnaire and send it to the customer.
He will fill it out and I will upload it into the solution manager
- then I start building the items like the GA, GV etc..
The problem is ... when I first hit the CREATE QUESTIONNAIRE buttom in
the Service Session .. it's gonna prompt me to enter a Certification
Key.
I can't get past this.
I performed a CQC SCOPING session a couple of weeks ago and encountered
this EXACT problem but all I had to do was contact the Service
Consultant and he sent me the certification key.
But you if I am performing the CQC PLANNING service, I am still building
the Service Plan so there is no Service Consultant assigned yet.
So the question is - how do I generate a Certification key for the
solution manager?
