how do we know whether salesorder is completed or not?

in which table we can get?

Hi,

Go to Sales Oredr --> Header Details --> Status tab.

or Go to Table VBUK.Put the Sales Order Number & check.

Here you will get the all the details.

We can see it document flow not only sales order but also all the document like Sales order, Delivery, PGI, Billing

Hi,

after Giving all required detailers go to edit incomplete log then any incomplete u can able to know fill up all .once it fill up all system says Document complete. Then save the document.

IF U WANT TO SEE ONLY SALES ORDER WHETHER IT IS COMPLETE OR NOT

GO TO EDIT IN THE MENU BAR, U WILL FIND INCOMPLETION LOG, IT WILL SHOW WHAT ARE THE FIELDS TO FILLED AND COMPLETION STATUS.

IF U WANT TO SEE THE DOC. FLOW, GO TO -

---

HEADER --- STATUS U WILL FIND THE TOTAL DOC FLOW STATUS.

Hi thre,

Check the doc flow of the order. The status will be closed.

Also check the VBUK table. You will find indicator C in delivery & billing fields.

Dear Dhananjay

One option is in the sale order itself, you can see the status by clicking from top menu bar "Goto -- Header -- Status".

On the other hand, Go to SE16, input table VBUK, input the sale order reference and check for the field "Header data".

in vbuk i get confirmed, delivery status,billing status. but i need only salesorder status. pls help me.

Dear Dhanjay,

You just go on VA05 T.Code. Select party name and select other option like in Selection criteria

Options are :

1) Open Sales order,

2) All orders,

You can see the status of sales order is pending or completed.

OR

You just go in VA02 -> Edit (In Menubar)--> Incompletion log.
