Hi,
Iam doing installation on windows with oracle on ecc 6.0,first its asking sapsid,and in next its asking dbsid.
for the both times we have to give same sid or diffrent.

in 95% of cases, you will use the same for both.
so, if you do not know what to answer, use the same for both.
"it depends". Usually they are the same but not in an MCOD installation.
Read the installation guides, they will tell what to enter where.

You also should think about system copies.
are you going to refresh your "QAS" system with PRD?
In that case you can use an "independent" DBSID
