Budget Profile

Hi All,

While entering budget using CJ30, I am getting a warning message as " You have selected free transaction currency as the budgeting currency in the budget profile but, didnot enter a transaction currency"

Hence, it is taking the controlling area currency as the transaction currency as I didnot enter the transaction currency in the budget profile.

While defining the budget profile, I had selected the currency as user-defined currency.(OPS9)

CJ30 displays the transaction currency as USD which is my controlling area currency. I want the transaction currency as CAD which is my Cocd currency.

Pls help and let me know as to how can I resolve this and display the currency in CAD.

hi,

when you access cj30, change original budget initial screen, make sure you input CAD in the currency field..

if you set it in OPS9 as transaction currency then you should select a currency in the initial screen field, if you dont, it will use controlling area currency..

kindly revert if the problem is something else..

Set Budgeting Currency as "Object Currency " in ur budget profile (OPS9).

Then it will take company code currency by default in CJ30.
