Hi,

Please, express yourself providing much more information.

You know, I have lost my magic ball

I assume that you mean that in your database server cpu is being used at 100%.

I'm I correct.

and the bunch of numbers that you paste without any kind of explanation have a meaning and even could be that some of those numbers have something to do with the CPU (sorry, but right now I'm not in the mood to search for the documentation of a unix ps to see what are the columns that you have pasted)

So, if they have something to do with CPU and if they are sorted from top CPU usage, then I see that the second one is a local connection ((DESCRIPTION=(LOCAL=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=beq)))

So, first thing to do is to find who is connected directly to your oracle (via sqlplus) and causing the second highest CPU consumption?

second thing is check to which SAP workprocess is the first one connected to and find out what that is doing

third thing is to check your oracle parameters and your expensive statements sorted by buffer gets.
