CJ35 (post return from project) and CJ36 (post supplement to project)

- I would like to confirm if I do CJ35 (post return from project) for let say a level 5 WBS element (putting it as Sender WBS Element), will the return happen only for the immediate upper level (level 4 only) or will the return be done automatically all the way till level one?

- Similarly, if I do CJ36 (post supplement to project) for let say a level 5 WBS element (putting it as Receiver WBS Element), will the amount be subtracted only from immediate upper level (level 4 only) or will it be subtracted from till level one all the way till level 4?

Hi,

For tcode CJ36 and CJ35 you dont need to worry about this...

System will take care budget at all the level.

Just look into annual or overall values or both those you want to update.

If you will use tcode CJ37 and CJ38, then u have to update manually.

hi,

no, you need to click on total up.. (F9) first..

if you dont total up, budget return/ supplement will be for the specific WBS only...
