SAP GUI Crashing

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has come across a fix for a crash that continues to occur on our Citrix servers. The error message is "Reporting queued error: faulting application saplgpad.exe, version 7100.1.5.1033, faulting module mfc80.dll, version 8.0.50727.762, fault address 0x00030293." We see this regularly throughout the day on all 4 of our servers.

The servers are Windows 2003 R2 x64 running Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 rollup 4. DEP is enabled for only Windows services. Memory optimization is off for Citrix. I'm not sure what other information is relevant to this problem. I've heard scattered reports that this happens when a user is trying to launch a report to be printed. I'm working on replicating the issue.

Any ideas or tips are greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to patch your GUI ? Or you trying the latest available patch?

P.S. try to check for example Note 1104662

This is patch 5 we are running. We've been running it for several months now and have had these errors since the beginning. We are looking into installing patch 9 in the next couple weeks. I'm hoping to begin testing with it by the end of this week.
