Try to do tranport from OS level using TP command
Tp ADDTOBUFFER <TR> <SAPSID>
tp IMPORT <TR>|ALL <SAPSID> [options ...]
check out entries from tables TRBAT, TRJOB & TMSTLOCKR . Use SE16 to delete the entries or use sqlplus (delete * from sapr3.TRBAT and delete * from sapr3.TRBAT)
also check if there is <SID>.LOB.* if you anything delete that
also checkout if the TMS job is running or not

Hi,
1) First go to STMS screen there check ur DEV server is in domain and rest of the QAS & PRD Servers are included in Domain properly.
2) Go to STMS there you chick System Overview there at the Manu bare Environment----Transport Routes see you had added DEV, QAS & PRD server by giving 3system landscap.
3) If every thing is fine then do one thing you try to transport by using run command. By using RUN comming if you will transport then you can find the problem where it is comming.
By checking this you will get to know where the problem occurred.

Hi,
Have you configured TMS properly, please check the transport layer in
STMS, if not distribute and activate properly by giving the requirements in stms->transport routes->standard configuration->development and production system ( 2 system ), all the settings should be done in '000' client only.
if there are any queries, please come forward.
Thanks,
