Special charecters in Graphical mapping

Hi Experts,

What are special charecters in the xml, which are not allowed ingraphical mapping. I am getting runtime exception pointing at the & in the input xml.

hi,

Characters like "<" and "&" are illegal in XML elements.

"<" will generate an error because the parser interprets it as the start of a new element.

"&" will generate an error because the parser interprets it as the start of an character entity.
