Adobe Forms within ERP

Do you have to implement the HR Administrator role in the Portal for an employee working within HR to action/view the Adobe Form?

Or can they administer the Adobe Form from the ERP Inbox (SWDD)

Hi Will,

What are you trying to accomplish? If you are wanting to launch an HCM Process and Form, you can add the HR Administrator role, and click on the Start Processes link. This will give you a new window that you can enter an employee number in, and select the HCM Adobe form that you want to launch then. The forms will only show up in the list if they have been configured to do so in the backend.

SWDD is the Workflow Builder. Here, you can create a workflow template for an Adobe form, but you have to assign the template to the HCM form in configuration, more specifically, in the "Configure Process Start" link.
