I have the next problem.

I execute the Tx NOTIF_CREATE, but it does not work.

somebody know, what is the problem ?

this solved my problem with notif_create

reason is custumizing missing for service desk in solman

if your problem is still not solved. try the below

Check all the objects in the table BCOS_CUST using transaction SM30.

Appl : OSS_MSG

+ :W

DEST :BACK RFC NAME (for solution manager system keep this field as 'NONE')

+ :CUST 620

+ :1.0.

just saying "does not work" leaves much room open for speculations (such as "Are you logged on to the system?")

If you are getting called by a college and he tells you on the phone "my PC does not work" - what would be your first question?

So please tell us, if you want to get help, what does not work (e. g. an error message would be a good start).

message is (the sistem is not defined).

Transaction NOTIF_CREATE does not start and the system issues no

So you customizing seems to be incomplete.
