Information on where terminated

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLSDB6CCMS" - in "SYSTEM-EXIT".

The main program was "SAPLSDB6CCMS ".

An error occurred during the conversion of this data.

i am getting a dump when i click on the reset button in TCode ST04 , Database is DB2

none of the notes you mention specifies problem in Tcode ST04
