Trash Can icon in Supplier Assign screen of Cart

Guys

Please can you explain what controls the trash cart icon next to the vendor on the SCart Source of Supply screen?We have noticed in our production system that for 'goods' items coming in from the catalog, the user has no option to delete the fixed source of supplier, however, for 'service' items also from the catalog, the trash can lets them delete what is a suppose to be a fixed vendor. Any ideas?

1. pl try report BBP_DELETE_TRANSFORMED_SCS

2. In the worklist tab of assigned operation purchaser can you see the 'action completed' button?

This would not allow further actions on PO.

Hi Steve,

Are they BBP_SC_UI_CTRL implemented this BADI /or templates to hide/inacticate the thrash button. It may be a customer requirement no one should modify the source of supply. check with business team. As you said catalog supplies you vendor information to you.
