AUC Asset having values but corresponding WBS element not having values

Hi PS Gurus

I would like bring to your kind attention a unique problem which we are facing.

while splitting one Company code into two separate company codes (into a separate server for the new company code) values posted in few open Projects were deleted, the cost accumulated into the WBS element were periodically settled to AUC Assets were avaialbe.

Finally AUC created thorugh WBS element are having values but where as the WBS element is not having any value.

System is not allwoing to settle the AUC asset directly to the Fixed Asset. It should be settled thorugh WBS element only.

How to settle the cost to Final Fixed Asset.

Your advise on the above issue will be higly helpful to us.

your data migration procedure is not right

you cannot/ should not delete posted values to open projects

i suggest you repost the values to the WBS then post you should be able to settle AuC to FXA also note use FUL settlement rather than PER
