Messages struck in queue

Hi,

Its a support issue.

1)The messages in the SMQ2 have stopped and throwing the below error--

XI Error GENERAL.MESSAGE: Queue stopped

2)Plz provde the what's the t.code and navigation to check whether the IS configuration parameter

MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED to value 1

Hi,

You can goto SXMB_ADMIN> Manage queue> deregister queue-->register queue and then activate the queue.

Also you can set the parameter in SXMB_ADMIN>integration engine configuration>specific parameter

sxmb_adm -> manage queues -> register queues

also go to smq2 and activate the queues

In SXMB_ADM -->in Global Configuration you can find the Entry
