Hi all,

We are facing this problem from the last three days

When checked in SM21 we get following entries every hour

Time Ty. Nr Cl.User Tcod MNo Text

00:00:40 BTC 013 000 DDIC R68 Perform rollback

00:00:40 BTC 013 000 DDIC AB0 Run-time error "LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND" occurred

00:00:40 BTC 013 000 DDIC AB1 > Short dump "060217 000040 TCSXIDEV DDIC " generated

00:00:40 BTC 013 000 DDIC D01 Transaction Canceled 00 671 ( LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND 20060217000040TCSXIDEV DDIC 0001 )

00:00:40 BTC 013 000 DDIC R68 Perform rollback

We again tried to send Idoc from XI to R/3 and faced

the same problem

We doubt whether it is really a network issue as

as BAPI and Rfc's are working fine

Could you please put some light on this .

Thanks

Hi Shikha,

Could you pls check on the target system(also the XI system) for the short dump that is registered and check the details of that ?

Thanks,

Renjith.

Hi ,

Thanks for your prompt replies

When we click on entry and press F6 or Edit --> Execute LUW , the entry gets

deleted and the idocs is successfully posted in the

target(R/3) system .

However earlier the idocs were directly posted in the

receiver system . Can you all please suggest the

solution and cause for this .

Please help

Thanks

Good to hear that things are working...

As Udo was suggesting...there might have been some temporary issues with the connectivity which would have caused this to fail...(for ex :may be there was a restart of the R/3 system)...

Kindly close the thread if your issue is resolved and assign points to useful answers.

Thanks,

Hi Shikha,

assumedly the system wasn't reachable, may be because of network problems or what ever.

Don't worry, there is a standard job which is doing ur F6 operation periodicly, everything is fine and the weekend is very close

Hi Shinka,

you can get some informations in transaction SM21 but better ignore the way over SM58

Hi

We checked the following

1) IDX5 - The ntry of Outbound Idoc is there

2) SM58 - entry is there for idocs

Caller XIAFUSER

Function Module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS

Target System RFC_RCV_089

Status Text Transaction recorded

Transaction ID AC117069085043F56FDA0C85

Host TCSXIDEV

Tctn

Program SAPMSSY1

Rpts 0

3) RFC Connection (RFC_RCV_089) is working properly

Your help will be highly appreciated .

Thanks

Hi Shikha,

you on the right way. The messages remain in SM58 because of an unknown reason (may be R/3 was not reachable). Just wait, til a SAP standard job is triggering them or push for ur self with F6.

The entries in SM58 should not have been there if it were transferred successfully....

Keep the cursor on the entry in SM58, and choose the menu option Edit --> Execute LUW and see what happens....

Thanks,

Renjith.

Hi Shikha,

Check whether the outbound processing in SXMB_MONI was successful.

Check in transaction IDX5 to see whether an IDOC was generated and sent to the R/3 system.

Also ...see the problem analysis guide from SAP..
