hello, friend.
if you want to change the first line in address of customer en masse, you can do this using LSMW for XD02 or VD02.
you don't delete customers. you actually just flag them for deletion. you can also do mass flagging using LSMW for VD06. it is up to BASIS to decide whether to delete these (however, not recommended).
regards.

Hi,
you can' t delete customer but you can deletion flag (KNA1-LOEVM) or you can do posting block (KNA1-SPERR).
For that you can choose TCode XD99 or MASS.
Also you can change the address through above mentioned tcode if address is same for all.

Hi,
For making mass changes in customer master, you can use transaction code XD99 and fields KNA1-NAME1 and KNA1-LOEVM

Dear Venkat
You cannot delete the existing customers but you can mark them for deletion via XD06 or VD06. But to do it in mass, you have to create a recording in LSMW and execute the job.
With regard to change in address, go to XD99, block "General Data in Customer Master" and click on "Fields". There select the required field and make changes in bulk.
thanks
