My customer came up and saying he is getting error "Document has errors approval not possible"
he is going to approve the cart but he can't ....
can any one of you could explain me abou this

Problem Solved: Actually user has selected the required date wrong...
User has selected the required date as "Required from" for a service SC.

Did you check your SC data ? Is there any error? Any clue on bbp_pd (sc)? What is the workitem status?
