Hello guys!
I have a scenario with 3 cc-BPMs! The first sends a message to the second, that sends a message to the third! The problem is that after archiving and deleting jobs, ALL messages are archived/deleted, except the message that first cc-BPM sends to the second, and the message that the second sends to the third one eventhough these message are in sucessfull status.

Hi,
Troubleshooting Archiving / Deletion of workitems in the Business Process Engine
a) Check if the deletion and archiving jobs have been carried out. Enter transaction SM37 and search for jobs:
- that use the ABAP program RSWWWIDE (deletion)
- with the name ARV_WORKITEM_WRI<date> (archiving, step 1)
- with the name ARV_WORKITEM_DEL<date> (archiving, step 2)
- with the name RSWF_XI_INSTANCES_DELETE (see Note 874708)
b) Check if any errors occurred by clicking on the button "Job Log" in transaction SM37 for the jobs in step 1)
c) Only for archiving: Use the overview of your archiving sessions to check if all archiving sessions are completed. To do so, start transaction SXMB_ADM -> Schedule Archiving Job. In there use button "Archive Management" and select the Object Name "WORKITEM". Then select the button "Management".
d) In case you find messages in your XI belonging to ccBPM process instances that are no longer used or acknowledgment messages which can not be assigned to related process instances and are neither deleted nor archived please refer to Note 1042379 for troubleshooting information.
Note 960240 - Messages with adapter type 'PE' are not deleted

Hi Julio,
Please try in sequence .
1. Mark your interface for Archiving from SXMB_ADMIN > Define Interfaces for archiving and retention> enter your interface name and save.
2. Schedule the archiving job from sxmb_admin and then RSXMB_DELETE_ARCHIVED_MESSAGES
The messages shud be deleted and if you have already done this then plz double click on message in Moni , it shud not display the XML message.
Thanks!
