problem in Tcode-Vf03 to get SAP script.

HI All.

I need to view the Excise Invoice SAP script output by Tcode-VF03 (from u201CIssue output tou201D) .getting out put only for some test data ,not for all test data, Output maintained also maintained for billing document.

Still unable to get output for all test data. Please help me resolve this issue.

hello, friend.

sometimes, documents are printed only when all requirements are satisfied (e.g. billing documents are saved and posted to accounting). so, please give us more info as to your test data (under which conditions output is created and under what conditions output is not created).

to view output settings, go to tcode V/40 (in IMG) and look at your output condition records using VV32 or VV33.

in the meantime, try VF02 to view output. maybe you have to re-run the output.

As u said that u r facing problem for some of the test doc. only, please check have u maintain output type for that in VV31. e.g . For a out put type u have to maitnain on

sales org/division/plant or

sales org/division

Please check the combination of yr doc and maintain.

What excactly error u r getting while issuing output.
