Item short text replication

Hi

We are on SRM 5.5 (Service Pack 12) and we have a classic scenario where on ordering of Shopping Cart PREQ is created.

Now when we are creating Free text Item shopping cart , it always give "Service Item" on the PREQ ie free text name is not getting copied at PREQ level .

Is this a bug or is it a standard functionality

Hi

Item text is getting replicated.

Incase of service item description there is a field in Basic data of SC

Description of service item - what desc we give there it takes from there...
