sap script tab space

I have a window of 6cm width. In that i want to display text quantity value next to it in the below format.

e.g. document no 5182233

document date 28.10.2008

particulars 11111111111111111111111111111111111111

amount 4000

Now how do i do the tab spacing in the paragraph format used above so that if the field particular is not there amount record should display under the amount it should not go behind .plas let me thanks . <<Text removed by moderator>>

Hi,

Create a Paragraph formate with left alignment,in that specify the tab positions.

In text editor first check If Document no ne ' '. Then print Document no.

Like this u can check all the variables.
