Problem due to sync key

Hi MI gurus,

I deploy a sync bo in MI 7.0. It is working fine for Insert operation.but, it is not working for delete and modify. It shows the error in worklist " record not on the device'.I thought that, due to some problems with sync key,, i got this error.

Identify the probable reason for this scenario.

Hi Prasad,

See this Note 959732 - "Record Not on device" error message during reprocess.

As you said you are in 7.0 but this notes is in 2.5 you can have workaround for 7.0 by this note.

Hello,

Can you post the part of the code that doesn't work?

Do you try to delete a synchronized record or a record you created on the device?
