User is not integrated in organizational model

Hi!

We are in SRM 5.0 Server 550. We have created our own roles based on the standard roles. Our employee role is almost identical to SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE. We have added some transactions.

Users_gen worked fine for the users, their attributes are maintained in BBPOMA_BBP and the check tab shows green light. But when user logs on and tries to maintain its settings we receive the message "User is not integrated in organizational model"

We also receive an error while trying to create a SC. I think this is related to the problem above.

Have we missed a crucial transaction?

I can see we are missing the authorization object PLOG.

Sincerely

Anders

Run the transaction: BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE

Select the user# USER ID

then say F8

If you find any error. please let me know. If "yes" try to fix it

Hope it will help for you

Hi

Run this report for that user BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY

Is any error for this user?

Hope that you have already integrated that users and you can search your user in the PPOMA_BBP.

Hi!

User is maintained in PPOMA_BBP and I can search him. There are no errors (only warning regarding Purchase order) when running the consistency check.

The consistency check is green though.

I think the issue is with our own roles.

Hi

What are you trying change in Settings in the web?Did you try to change any data there? if any what are they?

What are the attributes that user is inheriting?

Hi!

The problem stared when I was trying out the new role that this user has gotten. BBPSC02 didn¨t work. By a chance I looked at the settings and saw that "User is not integrated in organizational model" was stated at the top. One could also see that no attributes at all was maintained here. So it looks like there is a correlation between BBPSC02 dump and that the user is not integrated in the organizational model.

Hi

The solution was within the role. Auth. objekt PLOG was not active.

However we are still unable to see any attributes e.g. cost center. Any ideas?

I still doubt that the user has been assigned to a position and to a org unit. Can you verify?

Hi!

Found a thread which stated that a table had to be updated with the role and the attributes. In that table we only had the standard role. Table name BBP_ATTR_ACCESS.
