Delete active from workspace

how can I delete an active version activity from workspace and set the older activity version as active in workspace.

Considering I have activity version 17 and activity version 18, currently activity version 18 is activity in workspace. My requirement is to delete activity version 18 and set activity version 17 as active in workspace.

Create version 19 with the sources of version 17: Edit all files contained in the activity for version 17 and copy in the source of version 17.

So we just cannot just delete V18 and come to V17.

right?
