Excise invoice -rounding

HI,

1How system does rounding of values in excise invoice (say 29.58 to 29.6 )

where setting is done for this

2similarly where we need to do setting for rounding of values in commercial invoice

Pl suggest

Go to IMG path -- Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India --> Basic Settings --> Maintain Company Code Settings.

There select your company code and go to right side of the screen where you can see a tab "SD Rounding ind". If you check this box, the excise values will be rounded off.

if indicator is not flagged

If you check this box, excise values will be rounded off in all documents. If you have not checked, actual values will flow.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Beside tese are there any other checks for rounding off. Because in my case it is gettin rounded off to near by Rs.100.
