XI Objects Transport !!

Hi Guys !

I undersrtand that XI objects are tarnsported using below techqs

1) File Transport

2) CMS

3) CTS

I understand File , Gone through CMS and CTS got bits and pieces of information and got so confused with CMS and CTS.

Well here we have installed CTS for XI objects transport.Can anyone help me out how i can use it with proper link we are using PI 7.0
