Hi,

Scheduling Agreements means agreement between the comapany and customer. In that agreement mainly the sold to party ,PO number, time , material are main.

path:

sap menulogisticssdsalessceduling agreeemnt(VA31)

Whle u create any contract u can go with reference to the scheduling agreement.what ever u create sceduling agreemenet , that agreement was copied in that contract.

sap menu --logistics --SD- sales -- contract

T-code is VA41.

In that mainly use the Master contract, quantity contract , volume contract some times rental contract.

Once u go va41 u can give the details of sold to pary ,dates from - to ,wt ever agreemne u define it and save the contract.contract number will generated.

After that u can rise the sales order (VA01)with reference to that contract number.Once u rise the order the wt ever u r contrat the contract data will copy ur sales order.

After that wt ever quantity u rise the order and save it.

regards, sridhar
