file receiver adapter simultaneous access

I'd like to know whether the file receiver adapter ensures that no other process can access the file while the adapter writes the file to disk.

Hi Steffen,

As of now in XI file adapters there is no file locking concept implemented. The best way will be to use temporary file and then once the file is fully written, file adapter will rename it as per the file name schema provided.
