BPM error

hi experts,

i am working for up-gradation project, one of scenario was executed successfully, but now its showing the error at the first stage only.... at the first step of BPM(workflow showing like NO AGENT ERROR). i have refreshed Cache also.. can any body tell me how to trobleshoot the BPM workflow...

please help me in this regard... ASAP..

HI,

In transaction SXI_CACHE your IP return code should be 0. If not , re-import your BPM into Integration directory again.

In Transaction SWWL and delete the Work Item related to this BPM and then execute your interface again.

If the problem still persists refer to workflow diagnostic transaction SWUD.
