Outbound delivery Issue

Hi all,

I have an order with 2 materials. And then, when create outbound delivery, it has only first item.

I also try chage location between these materials.

What's problem? Pls help me!

Hi Quang,

The second item may not be available on the delivery date proposed. Change the delivery date i.e to future date then you may see the second item also. 2. Check for availability of the second line item. 3. Select the second line item and do the delevery from VA02 screen, then you will get the correct error message, so that you can proceed accordingly.

That is ok. But why can't do both of materials in 1 outbound delivery?

if u want to do create 1 outbound del for both materials,

it has to meet certain criteria-

such as

confirmed delivery date

shipping point

ship to party

incoterms etc..,

check once again .

you can confirm the 2 line item - by doing backorder processing, once you maintain rel stock for that material

- Shipping point

- Transportation group

- Stock is available on the same date

Hi,

check in sales order- schedule lines.

whether both the materials have confirmed schedule lines or not.

if not,

as murali said , maintain stock & confirm the schedule line ( to confirm you can use backorder processing Tcode:CO06)

Hi,

Check wether the any blocks are there for the material not appearing in delivery and also check shipping point is same for both the materials and also check the stock of the materail which is not apperaing in delivery.

Please check the stock of the material which was not come in to the delivery.

If stock not available maintain stock then try.
