User and IView Related Information - EWA report

Hi,

We configured in solution manager to generate EWA report for Portal System and it is working fine. Under the section Portal Activity Reporting

Top Iviews and Top Components are reporting but the following are blank:

Hourly User Distribution

Most frequently visited iViews

Most frequently visited Pages

But all those informations are showing fine in SMD tool -> Workload -> Portal Activity Reporting Area.

Any idea why it is not showing in EWA report..
