Is there a method to calculate total time is held per Notification. Need a report that calculates the time from start of Notification to the disposition complete.
You can use QM19 transaction to see the start date & completion date of all notification & task associated it (change the layout using setting field selection after executing report )but to give calculated time i dont think there is any standard report available.
