Hi,
I'm working with Solution Manager 7.0 SP 17. Service Desk scenario works.
At crm_survey_suite transaction I've configured a survey. Now, I'd like that when an end user confirm a message that it has been solved the survey appeared. This process is similar than SAP has, when you confirm a SAP Support Message a costumer satisfaction survey.
Please could you help me to find action profile,...
