Hi,
when I try to debug the SAPScript and it goes to BACK page, counter is increased
here is a list of pages used:
FIRST next is BACK
BACK next is FIRST
LAST no next page
a few things that might be important:
LAST page is the same as BACK.
"Leave counter unchanged" is set in both BACK and LAST.
pages BACK and LAST do not have MAIN window.
logic in MAIN window:
IF &NEXTPAGE& = 0 " this means we are at last page of the document
NEW-PAGE 'LAST' " this is in order to have back page info on the last page of output
ELSE
NEW-PAGE 'BACK'
ENDIF
any ideas why counter is increased in BACK page of the output?
this leads to incorrect number of pages in the document...
also, even if a document has only 1 page of output (for example one line item), it makes FIRST page appear twice - the second time with empty MAIN window
Regards,
Mindaugas
Hi.
Change the 'BACK' page 'Page Counter' attribute 'Mode' to 'HOLD',
this will not increment the page counter untill next "FIRST" page is triggred.
Thanks,
Aditya. V
