McAfee Blocks Out going mails

We are using Windows server and MS SQL.We are having problem while sending emails from SAP.In Tcode SOST..i see 816 error number and it says " Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final) " .We troubleshooted the steps and then came to know that Antivirus is blocking the mails....We tried to uncheck the option but again after few minutes it re enables....Did anybody faced the same issue ? Any help on this would be really appreciated.

I suggest you contact your virus vendor provider, this is not a SAP problem.

Hi,

we put "icman.exe" in our mcafee exception list and works great!
