The fields "Contract start date" and "Contract end date" in the header (Contract Data) of a contract are obligatory. How can i change that in customizing? (Where can i find the layout for the contract?)
Use t.code SHDO , transaction variants there and give the creation of contract t.code VA41 and then make the field option as optional from mandatory. But as it is contract from date and to date should be kept mandatory.
