Due to archiving problem /sapmnt/<SID>/global became full. Are there any logs which can be deleted?

This can help you out.
Use Tcode SWU10 and delete obsolete workflow trace file.
or you can turn of the trace files from Scot -utility - trace - internal trace.
Else you can also try the tcode SWT0 for Workflow trace retention period.

Check job logs. They usually take lot of space if the reorg job is not run regularly.
