Formatting set to 'X_65_255'

Hi,

The function people here, and even me the technical one, when trying to print any report, after Pressing PRINT, and give all the required data for printing, it gives message says that:

Formatting set to 'X_65_255'

After pressing OK for this message, in the status bar, I can see the following:

Spool request (number 00000xxxxx) created without immediate out put.

then,

the user has to go to own spool and choose his request to print.

I checked the user profile, he has the default printer and immediate output checked ok as well.

how to make the report print directly?? and how to overcome this message and saving in spool request without printing?

See if this is to be contrlloed from the SPRO.Normally It shall be printed directly to printer if print immidiately is set in users profile.

Hi,

Check the PRINT tab properties! The tab Pint Immediately would not be selected over there!

Hi Amit,

After selecting Formatting , click on properties and in General Properties change Time of Printing to "Print immediately"

If you want to make this change permenant to the user , click on specifications and copy the time of printing settings .

Hi Mohamed

Not sure what SPS your on but we had a few issues with SAP printing after SP13. Start with notes 1054570 and 1060311 or goto SP14.
