Rejected item gets approved in shopping cart

Hi

We have implemented Line item approval (BADI) workflow for the approval of shopping cart and facing an issue with the same.

There are multiple parallel appovers for one line item that are determined in badi.

Let me take an example of two approvers for one line item. When one approver rejects it and the other approves it (in that order), the shopping cart comes back to requester for accepting changes.

Once the changes are accepted, the status of line item becomes approved. When i check the item details, i can see that even against the approver who rejected the document, the status comes as approved.

This doesnt happen if the approver use the approval and rejection buttons instead of going into the details and use complete approval step button.

Please let me know is this behaviour normal.. if not then what can be done. Is there any Note from SAP for this ..

this is not standard and correct.

would suggest you to recheck the logic & coding in yr approval BADI.

any task activations in OOCU

or contact SAP for correction
