User creation steps

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create new users, But it is asking for access key always.

what are the authorizations to allot for the general users.

Is it Something like creating the Roles and generating the Profiles.

Please Guide me the procedure to solve the issue, or the let me know the reference material to solve this issue.

Hello Amit,

you said you are creating new users

fine but why will it ask for Access key

if you are simply creating Users in client.

May be the user which you created are given

to ABAP'rs and when they execute any programs

may be its asking for Access key.

Amit when you create a user for ABAP'rs

that user need to have developer key registered

at SAP market place.try to register for that key

at Market place assign it to that particular user

then they can be able to work on that particular user.

Authorizations to allot for general users in the

sense it all depends according to their modules

and the work which they need to do.

try to understand intially what are the Tcodes they

are in need of and then try to give them by creating

roles and now assign this role to the users.

This will be a solution for your Query.
